JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 452 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since petitioner was asking to return Rs. 2000/- which the father of the informant had borrowed, the present false case has been lodged. Petitioner was even abused and assaulted, for which petitioner had given written complaint before the Sarpach of the Panchayat vide Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
