The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 365 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that the accused person forcibly abducted the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive evidence to suggest his implication in the present case.

On recovery, the statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused has sold her in brothel.

Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 73/2017. The same is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the case. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
