2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 185 litres illicit liquor was recovered from tempo bearing registration No. BR01G7599.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners are neither drivers nor owners of the vehicle in question and they have been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioners have got one criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25755 of 2025(2) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 antecedent of similar nature in which they are on bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court of Excise, Patna City in connection with Nadi P. S. Case No. 128 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
