Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 125 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner are in custody since 06.02.2023 and there is recovery of 20 liters and 415 ml of wine and 13 liter of beer. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
