2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiating the party contempt proceeding against the opposites / respondents for

Patna High Court MJC No.1318 of 2025(4) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 willful and deliberately not complying with direction/ order dated 09.05.2024 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy in CWJC No. 1479 of 2024 whereby and whereunder Hon'ble court was finally heard and disposed of directing her to approach the respondent no. 5, the Circle Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan East, Darbhanga within a period of four weeks alongwith all the documents and requisite fee and if such application is filed the Circle Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan East, Darbhanga is duly bond to take the same to its logical conclusion preferably within a period of four months."

3. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 7 and the documents annexed shows that the Circle Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan East taken pains to comply the order.

4. The measurement has been done as directed and if the petitioner still has come grievance, he can agitate the matter before the appropriate authority/Court.
