The petitioner is in custody in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 17 liter 640 ml liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2019.

Case No. 123 of 2019.
