Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- I. For providing the drainage facility which has been encroached and obstructed by the encroachers running in the area from Lal Nikunj Colony upto main drainage (Watson Canal).

II. For removing the encroachment over the public road in the said area due to which construction of drainage has been hampered.

III.

For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner found entitled to in the facts and circumstances.

After some argument, counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the Executive Officer, Madhubani Nagar Parishad, Madhubani (respondent no.8) with respect to issues raised in this writ petition and the Executive Officer, Madhubani Nagar Parishad, Madhubani shall consider the grievances as raised by petitioner and shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of filing of representation . It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with respect to merit of the case of the petitioner and same is to be considered and decided by Executive Officer, Madhubani Nagar Parishad, Madhubani in accordance with law.

However, if any grievance of the petitioner still survives, liberty reserve to him to take recourse to such
