While disposing of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, the petitioner was granted liberty to surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and prays for regular bail and the same will be considered by the court below and dispose of on the same day on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now moved before this Court for modification of the aforesaid order. He submits that due to Covid-19 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22882 of 2020(2) dt.04-09-2020 2/2 ailment of the petitioner, the petitioner could not surrender within time granted by this Court on 12.6.2020. As a matter of last indulgence, time till 24.9.2020 is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and prays for regular bail in terms of order dated 12.6.2020.
