Besides the reason, which has been provided by the Learned Single Judge for dismissing the writ application by order, dated 17.02.2014, this Court cannot be unmindful of the fact that the death of the so called bread-earner, i.e., father of the present

Patna High Court LPA No.873 of 2014 dt.24-03-2017 2/2 appellant, happened in the year 2003. 14 years have gone past, since then. The primary object of providing appointment on compassionate ground is to give immediate succor to the family in distress due to the sudden death of the bread-earner and not to provide employment to unemployed or unemployable children of a government servant.

Appeal is dismissed.
