The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 registered under Section 25(1-b)/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that final form has been submitted and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43634 of 2017 (3) dt.12-10-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
