By the impugned order dated 05.10.2015, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 6,000/- per month as maintenance to the opposite party-wife in Matrimonial Case No. 77 of 2012 / 151 of 2014.

From perusal of the order passed by the court below, it appears that all these submissions which are being raised by the petitioner before this Court was considered by the court below and thereafter, considering the financial status of both the parties has passed the reasoned order. So far the grievance of the petitioner that the court below has not recorded the monthly income of the petitioner is concerned, it may be mentioned here that the petitioner nowhere disclose in the court below that he is

Patna High Court CWJC No.19381 of 2015 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 jobless or he is not earning anything.

In such view of the matter, no question of interference in supervisory jurisdiction arises. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
