The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 511of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he outraged the modesty of the informant and also attempted to commit rape upon her, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
