AC to AG ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-09-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of termination on the ground of forged certificate.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that he has placed reliance upon oral judgment dated 14.11.2017 passed in LPA No. 501 of 2017 (Ajit Kumar Vs. the State of Bihar & others).

In order to maintain consistency, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.7321 of 2020(2) dt.11-09-2020 2/2 disposed of in terms of judgment dated 14.11.2017 passed in LPA No. 501 of 2017 (Ajit Kumar Vs. the State of Bihar & others). The impugned order of termination is set aside. Petitioner is directed to be reinstated. However, payment of arrears of salary as well as future payment of salary shall abide by the final outcome of criminal case and enquiry pending with regard to the genuineness of the certificate of the petitioner. The respondents shall take all steps for expeditious disposal of the pending proceeding.
