====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Kopa P.S.Case No. 109 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 188, 269, 270, 271, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 337, 338 and 353, of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in scuffle between people of two castes and they disturbed law and order situation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners; except general and omnibus allegation.

No.23445 of 2020(2) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners named above be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S.Case No.109 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- cash each in the court below and the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the petitioners shall abide by the final outcome of the pending criminal case.
