====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 04-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.722 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing and causing assault to the informant by her husband and other in-laws for non fulfillment of the dowry demand and also to remove her from the matrimonial house.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47071 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law, brother-in-law and Gotani of the informant respectively and they are separate from Raj Kumar Sardar, the husband of the informant, but with an ulterior motive, the petitioners have also been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.722 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
