The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C., the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.
