JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State of Bihar. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 07.07.2017, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 25718 of 2017.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order, dated 07.07.2017, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 25718 of 2017, the petitioner has been allowed privilege of anticipatory bail and was also directed to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks. He has further submitted that since the petitioner was suffering from jaundice, he could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court and prays to extend the time by further two weeks.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47608 of 2017(2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 Considering the above submissions, the petitioner is granted two weeks' further time to surrender before the learned Court below in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 529 of 2016.
