JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 08-04-2019 Petitioner claims payment of salary from 31.3.1982 to 19.4.1984 during which period claimant was working as peon in Rajkiye Rai Bahadur Tunki Sah Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Muzaffarpur.

Respondents in the counter affidavit have admitted having made payment to the petitioner regularly till 31.3.1982. It is specific case of the petitioner that he was terminated on 19.4.1984. The stand in the counter affidavit only brings on record

Due and admissible salary for the said period should be looked into by respondent no.5 while deciding the claim of the petitioner. Matter be examined and admitted dues of the petitioner should be paid to him along with details showing calculation within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed off.
