This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 354-B, 379, 384, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

From reading of the F.I.R., it seems that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36908 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrakh P.S.
