2. The application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.12.2024 passed in CR. Misc. No. 82170 of 2024, whereby prayer for bail of the petitioner was allowed and he has been directed to surrender and furnish bail bonds by 11.01.2025. However, the same could not be done.

3. Reasons have been assigned in the modification application leading to failure on the part of the petitioner to surrender and furnishing the bail bond.

4. In view of the submissions advanced and the reasons assigned in the modification application, the period for surrender and furnishing the bail bonds is extended by 16.05.2025.
