2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 02.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47840 of 2023.

3. The petitioner along with others had burnt the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2023.

4. No fresh ground for bail is made out. This application is dismissed.
