Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit the original petition along with attested affidavits and also remove all the defects pointed out by the Registry within two weeks from today.

This petition has been filed alleging that the selection process of the Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test, 2011 was rigged wherein an enquiry was held and due to this rigging, he failed and obtained only 34% marks and he, therefore, prays that

I have considered the submission. Vague and bald submissions have been made in the entire writ petition which does not contain any factual aspects. The BETET Examination 2011 was held on 21.12.2011 and the petitioner admittedly failed in the examination. As regards the alleged rigging of the examination is concerned, the present forum is not the correct forum for examining the said aspect even if the examination is cancelled or found to be rigged, no relief can be granted to the petitioner of having to be declared passed in the said examination. The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
