A second supplementary show cause is filed on behalf of opposite party No.3, the Collector, Nalanda in which it is stated that steps have been taken for acquisition of the land under Satat Lease Policy, 2014 for which a Notification has also been published on 2.11.2016 inviting objections and after the expiry of the period for receiving objections, the petitioner will be made available the amount of compensation by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Patna.
In view of the aforesaid statement made in the show cause, the order under contempt appears to have been substantially complied with.
