ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-04-2016 The Petitioners seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 27.4.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Kaimur at Bhabua in Criminal Appeal No.14 of 2008, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner and maintained the sentence of 2 years S.I. and fine of Rs.2000/- each under Section 498A I.P.C. and S.I. for six months under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, passed by the S.D.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in Trial No.761 of 2008 arising out of Complaint case No.738 of 2005 by judgment dated 13.5.2008.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.993 of 2015 dt.26-04-2016 2/2 On perusal of the impugned judgment, I do not find any irregularity in the same. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioners, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
