The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case no.342 of 2018, registered under Section 307, 302 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accused Pawan Mandal, Bablu Mandal, Dablu Mandal, Siyaram Chauhan, Bulu Mandal and Upendra Mandal resorted indiscriminate firing resulting into death of informant's father, while petitioner and two other accused persons are said to have resorted firing on the right leg of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25303 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 to dirty village politics. Though three accused persons are said to have resorted firing on the leg of the informant but only one lacerated injury was found on the left thigh of the informant which is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) Trivedi/- U T
