Learned APP submits that from perusal of the office report dated 23-8-2024, it would manifest that the same records - no any step has been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner for removing the defects.

Learned APP next submits that the case was taken up earlier on 12-8-2024, when on prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, two weeks' time was granted for removing the defects, but then it appears that no steps were taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects which amply demonstrates that he has lost interest in the case. 4.

In view of the submission made by learned APP, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
