Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the relief(s) as prayed for in the writ application, the petitioner be granted some time to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali, who may be directed to to dispose of the representation within a fixed time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6497 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 Respondent No. 5 have no objection if such a liberty is granted to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali with regard to the subject matter covered in the writ application within two weeks from today.

5. If such a representation is filed within two weeks' period, then the District Magistrate, Vaishali after hearing the petitioner as well as the administrator of the Bihar State Religious Trust Board, shall decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The said order must be passed by the District Magistrate, Vaishali within two months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of.
