It transpires to this Court that vide order No.4 dated 05.10.2012, order No.5 dated 26.06.2018, order No.6 dated 27.02.2023, order No.7 dated 16.05.2024, order No.8 dated 25.10.2024 and order No.9 dated 25.11.2024 and order No.10 dated 09.12.2024, matter has been adjourned at the instance of Counsel for the petitioner.

3. It transpires to this Court that petitioner has challenged the order contained in Memo No.1524 dated 23.07.2010, by which he has been dismissed from service.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19690 of 2010(11) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 Petitioner was working as Revenue Karmchari and without preferring statutory appeal he has moved before this Court in the year 2010 in the present writ petition.

4. It transpires to this Court that under the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005, provision of appeal under Rules 23 and 24 of the CCA Rules, 2005 is applicable.

5. As such, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the Appellate Authority within 30 days.

6. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed off.

7. Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and matter is very old, let Registry be directed to communicate this order to the petitioner's address forthwith at the cost of Office through registered post.
