The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 346 of 1999 in respect of respondent no. 8 and 12 which stood dismissed against the respondent no. 8 and 12 due to non -compliance of peremptory order dated 16.2.2006. Since the said order was not complied, the writ petition against those respondents stood dismissed.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition , same is allowed.

Patna High Court MJC No.2322 of 2014 (3) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 Let C.W.J.C. No. 346 of 1999 be restored to its original file in respect of respondent no. 8 and 12. The restoration petition stands allowed.
