This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ghosi (Okro/Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before me an order dated 07.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8086 of 2021, by which similarly situated co-accused namely, Binod Yadav @ Vinod Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi (Okro/Okari) P.S.
