Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to oblique motive and dirty village politics. Further submission is that the specific allegation is against co-accused Monu Singh. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28906 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
