The petitioners seek direction to the respondent authorities to enquire into the matter against the PDS dealer under Gram Panchayat-Innarwa Bhar, Village- Bankat, Narkatia, P.S.-

Patna High Court CWJC No.23591 of 2013 dt.09-10-2015 2/2 Paharpur, District-East Champaran. The petitioners submit that they also represented to the Licensing Authority, namely, S.D.O., Areraj, East Champaran alleging therein irregularities committed by Respondent No. 9, but no action has been taken as yet, as would be evident from Annexure-3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation raising their grievances before the Licensing Authority, namely, S.D.O., Areraj, East Champaran. In case the petitioners file a fresh representation, the Licensing Authority, namely, S.D.O., Areraj, East Champaran would enquire into the matter within a reasonable time.
