The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that she negotiated with Braj Bhushan Yadav to purchase the land of his share i.e. 16 and 1⁄2 decimals. She gave Rs. 1,67,000/- to Braj Bhusan Yadav on 23.10.2013. Braj Bhushan Yadav also executed the sale deed with regard to the same land but later on the informant came to know that Narendra Kumar and Anil Kumar had earlier executed sale deed with regard to the entire land i.e. 50 decimals in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner is only purchaser of the land from the own brother of Braj Bhushan yadav.

No.41285 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
