The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No.08 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that after death of her husband, her mother-in-law, father-in-law and brothers-in-law abused her and drove her out from the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26450 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 informant wanted to grab the house and that's why this false case has been lodged. The petitioners are in-laws of the informant and no occurrence as alleged by the informant has taken place.

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sitamarhi Sadar in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No.08 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
