He submits that an identical writ petition vide C.W.J.C.No.912 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15554 of 2006 (4) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 2007 has been disposed of on 09.08.2011.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
