ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019 in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 188, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 56(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries have been saddled on his shoulder and he was arrested on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
