2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 421 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 364(A) of IPC lodged on 07.06.2024 by the informant, Usha Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on the pretext of providing job, his son was taken to Punjab and when contacted and asked for the whereabouts, he was threatened with dire consequences. This led to the FIR.

4. Subsequently, the victim boy was recovered and he made statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. according to which, after taking him to Punjab, no payment was made, he was regularly thrashed and they also resorted to drugs consumption.

5. Considering the statement that the victim has made before the Court coupled with the allegation that has come in the FIR, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected.
