JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 In view of orders passed in CWJC No.12549 of 2011 on a similar dispute in relation to the college in question decided on 1.3.2012, which has been now affirmed in LPA No.957 of 2012 vide order dated 27.7.2012, the preliminary objection raised on behalf of respondents no.6 and 7 is sustained. Writ application stands dismissed.

Dismissal of the writ application, however, will not come in the ay of the petitioner to invoke common law remedy or other remedy available to him.
