Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 153 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 332, 333, 431, 269, 270, 290 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very beginning has offered to pay Rs.15000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner which are trivial in nature, the application for

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.153 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

At the time of furnishing bail bonds and its acceptance, the petitioner will produce the certificate/receipt showing deposit of Rs.15000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Rohtas at Sasaram before the court below. In case of default in deposit of Rs.15000/-, the court below shall not accept his bail bonds.
