20-07-2016 Heard Sri Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 11. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore a restoration petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 1158 of 2013, which stood dismissed on 01-07-2014 due to continuous non-appearance on behalf of petitioner. The earlier restoration petition (i.e. M.J.C. No. 1158 of 2013) was filed for restoring C.W.J.C. No. 8900 of 2012, which stood dismissed on 06-02-2013 due to nonprosecution. In the present case, ofcourse, learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to persuade the Court that there was bona fide reason for non-appearance, however; the Court is not satisfied

The restoration petition stands dismissed.
