The petitioners are in custody in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 23.01.2019. He further submits that the petitioners are unmarried sisters.

Learned counsel for the Informant submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26747 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 independent witness have supported the prosecution case and as such petitioners does not deserve bail.

Considering the fact that petitioners are unmarried sister of the husband of the deceased, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019.
