Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Post retirement, the petitioner has been given an extension to perform his duties as a Clerk in the Danapur Circle Office. The period of extension has come to an end on 15-102022. The writ application has been filed seeking further extension of the petitioner's services.

No rule, Circular or Regulation has been brought to the notice of the Court under which the petitioner can claim any right to any extension, post retirement.
