2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 350 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 354B and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's brotherin-law(petitioner) came and abused the informant's husband and when the informant's husband asked for the reasons, the petitioner assaulted the informant and her husband due which the informant's husband sustained broken injury on his leg. The petitioner also snatched earring from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31643 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a land disputed between the parties. Learned counsel has further submitted that the informant sustained simple injury while a leg of her husband was fractured and the nature of injury is stated to be grievous which is on non vital part of the body. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 350 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
