The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of prearrest bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 14.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50306 of 2017, on the ground that one of the co-accused Sunil Kumar Tiwari has been allowed pre-arrest bail by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 11.01.2018 vide Cr. Misc. No. 51783 of 2017 and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail by submitting that the petitioner has produced forged certificate.

No.24748 of 2018(2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, in case and if so advised the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail then his prayer for regular bail shall be considered preferably on the same day on its own merits without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
