The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the tractor and trailer of the informant was stolen from the doorstep of one Indal Paswan. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Dilip Paswan made before police as also the confessional statement of the petitioner himself. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession nor has the tractor or the trailer been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 17.9.2020 and charge sheet has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the contents of the order of the learned trial Court from which it transpires that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade inspite of being in custody since 17.9.2020 i.e. more than 1 year 3 months and charge sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bihta P.S. case no. 1161 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Danapur, District Patna.
