2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim who died during treatement.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.1.2024.

6. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023.
