The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chenari P.S.Case No.49 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that by playing fraud with the informant, they have taken Rs.6,100/- from him and it further appears that the petitioner no.1 is accused in three other cases.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is delay in lodging the FIR of three days, petitioners are in custody for three months and the charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Anju Singh, ACJM, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Chenari P.S.Case No.49 of 2019.
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
