The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Nawada P.S. Case No.461 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except confessional statement of co-accused, there is no material to connect the petitioner. He submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as the fact that the petitioner's name has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, let the petitioner, namely, Ramautar Chaudhary be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge II-cum- Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S.
