The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No.601 of 2017 registered under Sections 188, 341, 420, 447 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he along with other members of the team went to inspect Plot No.682 situated in village Kharail Parsa, Karnpur. Plot No.682 was allotted to Mir Yunus @ Bhadi but it was found that the petitioner and others had encroached the land who was allotted on Plot No.679. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of measurement, some dispute arose between the parties

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.601 of 2017/G.R. No.2200 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
