Appellants seek bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 328, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (i) (r) (s)/3 (2) (va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (for brevity, SC/ST Act) and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

There is specific allegation against the appellants of assault by means of knife on the nose of the informant. The appellants' counsel submits that it is a case of false implication. Appellant No 1 has been arrested and he does

In respect of appellant No 2, it is submitted by the learned APP that the injury report corroborates the allegations inasmuch as the same has reported amputated tip and sharp cut on the nose of the informant.

Considering the rival submissions, this appeal is dismissed. The impugned order dated 20.06.2020 passed in ABP No 558 of 2020 by Additional Sessions Judge I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tarari PS Case No 182 of 2019 is hereby confirmed and the prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of appellant No 2 above named is rejected.
